"By blood he's your Prince too...You want to talk while holding a lantern to my face?" Not very nice to do to a lady, one hes imposing upon for answers or a message to Alric.
>What is the offer? What is The Assassin after?
I mean if we can really take his word on being a mirror image
>When Malevus looks at the fashion crimes. At mages not having a glue, being silly. At mystery assassins.
Though I should wonder, if the real him needed or wanted a lantern maybe thats because hes somewhere dark inside the keep. The mirror image still has to walk up here, or the real one does. If he out in the muddy woods, if we can spot a lantern down below from up here. Unless he really brought it just to hold in our faces.
How rare would an oil lantern be? Just for the well off or fine for the average citizen? Probably have to get it the oil through Southshore, or Dalaran?
But anyways we've got him infront of us. What do your elven eyes see Malelas? Such an incredible sense of fashion, she could tell what he would wear in any season.
His boots? Hair color? Scarred, polish or ink stained hands or gloves? A noble ring? How well tailored his clothes are lol. If he has any mud at the bottom of his robe and boots, then he walked outside or got here by horse especially after the rain. If he didn't then perhaps he got here by carriage like some of the petty nobles, though I suppose it could narrow it down to who was given guest quarters, and servant quarters, to change. Would the part of Durnholde that got burned still have ash and soot on the ground if they haven't cleared it all. If we step away does he follow with a particular gait.
Was the Holy Light supposed to grant some measure of magical vision to its more devout followers? Maybe Malevus should focus studying such miracles.
Anyway thats probably enough investitism
