I miss when Paimon was was our tour guide. In the beginning of the game, Paimon has a clear job as an exposition fairy. We don't know anything about the world, she knows everything about it, so she tells us what we don't know any time we get somewhere new.
Then we hit Inazuma, and Paimon didn't know squat. Somewhat understandable, since Inazuma had recently become aggressively isolationist, information about it's current goings on would be hard to find.
Then we get to Sumaru, and Paimon still doesn't know anything about anything. Now don't get me wrong. I love Paimon, but it's annoying that she was introduced as having a clear purpose for traveling with us, and yet apparently she's useless at it.
