Unrelated anecdote but since this is the polnigger amerimutt religious retardation thread might as well.
I got my degree in the US, in some flavor of Protestant area, and one day the church on campus was having "Hebrew language lessons to understand the Bible".
I was walking by and struck up conversation with some students who were going there for the lessons, and offhandedly said I could already read the Bible so there was no point for me to attend too. They asked if I was Israeli.
No, the Gospels are in Greek. The important (CHRISTIAN) part of the Bible was written in Greek, I can read Koine.
They didn't believe me that the gospels were written in Greek, they thought it was all Hebrew, they had to look it up on their phones. The best and brightest for physics and engineering at a top university.
I don't know why this stuck with me. It must say something about Americans, or Christians, or the Israeli lobby.
