Regular tourney BUT if you win a certain amount of uma points you can spend themwithout actually spending them. For example, every 200 points you can do this to change or add a single rule to the current ruleset. It can be literally anything, even adding a rule that states that you can gain points only from the dealer.

Other people, however, can nullify that rule whenever they also have the ability to change the ruleset.

However, you can't hold them for too long. If after at least one game, you don't use your right to add a rule, it expires/I use it to add a rule on my own.
You're not allowed to add a rule that 4th place has to shit himself live on stream though.
