So my wife, God bless her, bought me this blackstone so I can make “hibachi” at home. My only experience with a blackstone was taking over the omelets while my friend went inside during brunch once. I’m a pretty solid home cook, I just lack any kind of creativity beyond hotdogs and steaks. I kind of want to get into my grilling arc. Help me Anons!
