Well, I mean, I guess that kind of depends on who you're referring to?
If he does have a "posse", then it would be the Four Main Girls that always accompany him in the main story (they're not always with him outside of it), which are
>Suzu the Pegasus: careful and smart, very sane
>Selen the Dragon: calm and rational, sane
>Rin the Slime: delusional but well-meaning
>Kuromi the Succubus: bumbling buffoon
And I think the latter two have brain damage but none of them have ever done anything genuinely awful and the former two are pretty good people who are usually the ones calling out the absurd stuff that happens (such as both of them pointing out how much of a crook the Dullahan is). I don't like Kuromi, sure, but she really hasn't done anything worthy of hatred and doesn't even rambling constantly about sex, that's only on occasion. Wanting to kill her, or the other three, just feels kind of mean.

As far as the other girls go though it really does depend; some of them like the Bird Trio (Fermi/Charis/Perili), or the Hellhound Police Girls, are perfectly normal and kind girls (and they're all really sane too, Perili just happens to also have anger management issues). The Arachnee and Ameri the Ghost haven't done anything bad either.
I feel like the only ones I've met so far that warrant that reaction are the Roper and Incubus (and maybe the Dullahan, I can't tell if she's making up all the backstories or not) but the only one the game excuses is the first one because the second is openly beaten and attack and they outright call the third one a psychopath.

In any case the Knights just ended up chasing the Prince around Scooby-Doo style.
