The big things are the new DLC characters and a proper translation. I cannot emphasize how bad the Wii version's script is. It splits the MAIN VILLAIN of Momohime's story into a different nameless NPC every time he appears because the translator didn't understand it was suppose to be one guy and not an organization of several people.
