And do what with it? China can't even cultivate and use Tibet properly because its too large and hostile.
Also historically Indians were used to subjugate Asian (Chinese especially) everywhere. That's why they were hated for a long time in those areas (and kicked out of places like Burma) since they were viewed as oppressors.
Asians as a whole are just not martial people.
