The Star Wars sequels would be better if they just adapted the Thrawn trilogy by Timothy Zahn which is inspired by Isaac Asimov's Foundation series (which is in itself inspired by the Fall of Rome). Thrawn and Pellaeon are GOATed scifi cahracters.

Unfortunately, they decided to make Thrawn a villain of the week evil and wrote out all his nuances and Pellaeon doesn't exist. Disneywars sucks
