It's so strange. The way internet culture developed around 2016 - 2019 it really felt like we were at the precipice of some kind of massive cultural revolution. People were really fed up with grifters and insane moralizing leftists.
And then...it just vanishes, like it was never even there. The only thing lingering from that time period are the groypers, which are just mentally ill Hispanic coded incels. Their top boy Pinesap went on an internet show and said he was a Catholic autocrat, claiming he got fired because of free speech and got 40k in donations, even though he was fired months ago. But that's the level of retarded anything alive from that time period is.
I know that I'm reading too much into it, and Jim thought this was going nowhere, but like dude, even PewDiePie was name-dropping Ralph Retort.
It's strange to me that this part of the internet / counter culture is just gone. Like even Cinemassacre and Doug Walker are still producing videos after like 20 years on the internet, the fact that theres not even a trace of this community / group existing unless you know about specific people and go out of your way to find them is crazy to me.
