Given how Hell Screen plays out I think they'll have technology like a primitive version of L Corp's extraction method that produces weapons tapping into someone's emotions. The stronger and more complex the emotions are, the better. Sinclair's retard rage wouldn't cut it but Heathcliff's memories of Wuthering Heights would.
