I think it's just the autism and how she was raised. She feels as horny as anyone else she just can't quite articulate it as easily. Also, from what I hear her parents were quite strict while she was growing up. Add that to the autism, and she could've internalized a lot of emotions while growing up so having an environment where radically expressing yourself is the norm can be quite a jarring experience for someone like her. Stronny in comparison, seems to have much more experience with expressing her emotions no matter how quirky they are, and that's probably due to having different experiences while growing up.
