you don't approach people in the street, theyre mostly trying to get somewhere and *that* would be intrusive.
if you live in any kind of urban environment there'll be events - concerts, church if thats your speed (i live in buttfuck nowhere i dont actually know lol) - go here and maybe you'll meet someone nice. its kind of a gamble.
joining discords is a lot easier you can find links around here very easily and im sure related to that kind of person would be easier. a good jumping off point
