Who knows? It wouldn't be a high-profile case since no real people were involved. Westy is the only one we really know of, and (as someone mentioned) there was actual CP involved there that they found during the search, so we never saw how they'd handle 3DCG alone. They went after him for 3DCG but it escalated to actual CP so we don't know.
Also, this stuff is still sort of fringe. But with AI ramping up, I expect we're going to hear a LOT about it very soon.
