You're assuming they would just be filming an empty warehouse. Ideally they would suspend box trussing to mount cameras and audio equipment assuming they set it up like pic rel

Why haven't they ponied up and bought a warehouse yet? They could even rent it out during off-season when they're not using it.

Production could live in trailers outside and they could mix up the "house" design mid season. Plus, it'd be way harder to dox them, and there wouldn't be any pearl clutching neighbors bothering police.
