Quite a lot of cases of corruption were exposed in the last year, so I can't really say those bodies did jack shit.
What is pretty suspicious is that as soon as they touched bigger fish (some of zele's "friends"), SBU started investigations into these anti-corruption bodies under pretext that someone there "made trade deals with russians"
And then that law was rushed through parliament and signed in one day.

I guess you could argue that not letting some unsupervised anti-corruption org mess with the government during wartime is a good idea. But if that was their actual motivation ([X] doubt) then they went about it in a really bad way.
