Definitely focus on Warcry. It will just be pure fun, easy to find people to play and nothing too bothersome. If you focus on Spearhead, you'll be okay with your decision but constantly frustrated by the logistics of getting it done. Maybe having to use proxies and such won't be your ideal or maybe its games workshop being them..
