If you're doing Lunatic she can be used in all of them but if you're doing torment then she only really gets used in a couple. And if you're only doing lazy insanes like a lot of this thread then probably won't see her at all. Or alternatively can use her in your insanes since I doubt someone doing lazy ins or lower clears cares much about meta.
