Our entire manual labor sector is done by old boomers because young Serbs are too good for that kind of peasant labor (or any). Imagine average young adult Turkroach in Germany and you'll get the fairly good assesment of how most young Serbs act and behave

The country is desperate for workers but most Serbs are lazy and lack useful skills while demanding Swiss wages, being arrogant and incompetent at that. At the same time, socialist government prevents any real investments into automatization due to insanely high taxes and wages compared actual revenue companies can get in Serbia.
