>return from injury break
>bench reaches 115 kg x 5 reps again
>fine for first session
>second feels a little funny
>third session has the pecs near my shoulders feel a bit of a sharp sting
>right shoulder and shoulder blade now feels funny
It's happened exactly the same way prior to my injury break, which wasn't related to lifting. Repping anything between 100 to 110 kg is fine, but repping 115 kg has my pecs and shoulders feel fucky fast. I had a trainer / competing bodybuilder and one swole bro spot me for my form, both said it's near-perfect.
Is it possible that I'm just not built to go this heavy on bench or what gives?
