Dragon Ball characters have hax resistance. If you're significantly stronger than an opponent (measured by ki) then you can ignore their bullshit. Super Buuhan (the strongest villain in DBZ) turned Vegito into candy and Vegito, in candy form, proceeded to kick his ass. They can also resist time stopping, telekinesis, and existence erasure, among other things.

Professor X wouldn't be able to do squat. The only real problems are Galactus, Hulk, Thor, Superman, Dark Seid (though I don't see him in that pic) and a handful of other universal level beings.
