The AI likes to stick rigidly to its general idea for a prompt and you can only nudge it in the right direction. It's mostly a problem if you dealing with subjects interacting, dancing around a keyword warning or if you're trying to do clothing/hair styles it doesn't know about manually.
Sometimes you just need to treat the failed prompts as if they were a dog and keep trying until you get what you're after. In pic related I did pretty much all my days prompts on it and only got 2-3 that were the kind of image I was hoping for (but still didn't quite get to my "sneaking him out of the lab" aim).
