Women don't care about looks, they care about your ability to emotionally manipulate them. The better you are at emotionally manipulating them, the more "in love" they fall with you. The second you love them back they see you as going gay and want to replace/cheat on you with "a real man". This is exacerbated by the fact that women don't need men for anything because society taxes men to give women whatever they want for free. If women were terrified of becoming old maids because they needed a husband to provide for them, they would be much more forgiving and less picky because they would have to be. Society also no longer shames or stigmatizes them for being whores so they suffer no negative consequences for going from guy to guy to guy well into middle age except the fact that eventually they'll be childless and menopausal and die alone in a studio department with a double digit number of cats, but women exist in the present due to not being fully sentient so they are psychologically incapable of predicting the consequences of their own actions. Long story short, until we end no fault divorce, welfare, and child-support, and legalize domestic abuse and marital rape, women will never get better
