nta but I like Strikeman and the the art quality didn't bother me, though I also watched it at the pace of an episode per week (which is how I watch everything save for cramming Evangelion into the beginning of June to the anniversary of EoE). It's definitely enjoyable and I'd reccomend it. I'm also still pissed that it becoming a meme recently did not make any impact on the lack of (good) hentai of Natsumi.
Should look to see if I can find subtitles for the puppet show that was a special for the PS2 game I think.
