Yes and things are are shit. More regulations means more shit. Uncap cost, give the teams as many tires as they want, I don't care if they stack the used ones on the polar ice cap, and bring back refueling with no hybrid. They should also let the drivers punch each other if they feel any wrongdoing, penalty assumed by whoever loses.
