What's a good SQUAT and DEADLIFT program for me? I'm not sure what my goals are, I guess just be strong and athletic and fit, I guess. I've been on a weird routine doing just nothing but gymnastic rings calisthenics and squat/deadlift and running for years, but my lifts have been roughly the same over the years. Maybe it's time to DO SOMETHING. I'm roughly in the intermediate trained male range.
