Iranians already started catching them.They would need to combine it with sustained masses airstrikes like during their gay surprise attack but they can't do that for days or weeks.
Relying on a dozen of cruise missiles and a dozen of random car bombings and sabotage a day is not going to bring down the Iranian regime.
