No one is obligated to talk to anyone or say goodbye to you. That's the first reason why you complaining about them doesn't improve the board.

Second is even if 99% of the people here disliked ghosting, they would be less affected by the behavior if they just learned to suck it up. You "helping" (coddling) those individuals does more damage to them in the long run, because they will be ghosted again regardless through 4chan or elsewhere.
