>in the end all you do is solidify TOPS control in the region and you dont address any of the underlying problems with the zone
>everyone continues to live in oppressive poverty and the story just moves on
2.0 might be the worst plot in the whole game, not even joking. If 2.1 is more trash like this I'm going to start skipping.
