In October 1973 Nixon got a call that Israel was holding the world hostage with nuclear threat if they did not get aid.
“In the 1973 Yom Kippur War, Arab forces were overwhelming Israeli forces and Prime Minister Golda Meir authorized a nuclear alert and ordered 13 atomic bombs be readied for use by missiles and aircraft. The Israeli Ambassador informed President Nixon that "very serious conclusions" may occur if the United States did not airlift supplies. Nixon complied."
“I won’t mind one goddamn bit to have a little anti-Semitism if it’s on that issue… they put the Jewish interest above America’s interest and it’s about goddamn time that the Jew in America realizes he’s an American first and a Jew second.” -Nixon
On October 12, 1973, with Israeli troops seriously outnumbered and facing near-certain defeat at the hands of the Soviet-backed Arabs, President Nixon ordered an emergency airlift of supplies and materiel. “Send everything that will fly,” he told Dr. Henry Kissinger.
In 1973, the entire world was held hostage by Israel. In Jewish law you are required to burn down the city of your enemy and never build a city on the land again. Gen. Moshe Dayan, a retired minister of defense, said: “Israel must be seen as a mad dog; too dangerous to bother.”
Their defense strategy is, if anyone in the world allows any group to harm Israel for any reason, it's considered antisemitism and they are holding the world responsible for allowing it, and as such nobody in the world is innocent and they will attack the "pillars of the world" with nuclear bombs because everyone deserves to die for allowing them to be hurt, and by pillars of the world they mean every major city. Anyone who doesn't defend them is an enemy, and the land of their enemy must be made not livable.
That's why we gave them the iron dome. That's why we support them without reason.
