I'm watching 23 shows this season and outside of free bingo Dandadan the only one that has fast threads is Game Centre Shoujo of all things. Silent Witch, Clevatess and Gachiakuta can at least make it to 500 posts, that's about it. Second seasons seem to struggle on /a/, there's been a lot of series recently where I've specifically remembered how active and lively the first season threads were, but nobody comes back for the sequel; it's happening to Puniru now. It'll be interesting to see what happens with Roshidere and Makeine when they return since they were dominating this time last year.

I also think romcomfags are much more likely to lurk without posting while yurifags treat /a/ as their discord. Blue Box had 40 post threads until Hina lost at the end and then the entire planet crawled out the woodwork for 600 post threads.
