I noticed that as well, but those limitations also applied to the regional prompter extension so it was no big deal to me.
In the end though I ended up installing SwarmUI and generated an unbelievable amount of Mai paizuri. Seems to gen it in much higher quality compared to reforge.
Swarm has regional prompting by CLIP, ie. type the thing you want like "face" and it'll apply the following text to that area in the image. I've yet to try it on a whole character yet, I need to relearn some syntax.
