Like this Tachyon, if I used her could the trainee get the pace chaser 3* at the end of a career with higher odds?

I also see how some umas are considered more ideal parents for others, like Nice Nature with Spe, but I'm not understanding why exactly that is or if there is an ideal way to handle that. Better affinity = better inspiration benefits?
