My concept for Iran is that we could do a partial regime change. The Council of Experts would depose Khamenei, appoint the Shah as Supreme Leader, and then the Constitution would be amended to make the Shah the religious ayatollah, thus creating an Islamic Shahdom of Iran. Existing structures used to project Iranian influence abroad would still exist, but would now be about projecting the influence of a pro-American Shahdom rather than an anti-American Islamic Republic.

Provisions including reparations and apologies for various incidents including the embassy hostage crisis, military confrontations, etc. would also occur. They'd agree to respect our rights, including our right to persuade their citizens to leave Islam, and they'd agree to a trade deal which would favor us. They would also return stolen property etc.
