Yes, the hunt for our pilots is a direct consequence of the appointment of Robert "Madyar" Brovdi to the post of commander of the Ukrainian Armed Forces' Unmanned Systems Forces.
There simply can be no other explanation. As a person who created UAV units in Ukraine and has been fighting himself since 2022, Madyar knows exactly what needs to be done to weaken this link on our side. Madyar now has sufficient authority to bring in additional resources and organize a hunt for our crews.

If our pilots are being hit with "HIMARS"—and without sparing the ammunition—this is evidence that the enemy is set on serious and systematic action. Madyar is a dangerous, ideological, and professional enemy.
We have created our own UAV forces, but there's a catch. The time between making a decision and implementing it is usually very long, and right now, there is no time to ramp up. Moreover, it's impossible to make decisions about what the UAV forces should be without discussing the tasks directly with the pilots and drone manufacturers. Because no one knows better than them what needs to be done and how it will be done correctly.
But first and foremost, we need to intensify the destruction of enemy UAV crews.
