It used to happen and it was not a problem. it was not a problem at all because it was expected: people knew they loved together and liked the dynamics, it was not "gratuitous" but a matter of proximity.
Same with Suisei, Kanata, Coco (and Anemachi), same with Noel, Lamy and Marine, whenever the situation lends itself it's not frowned upon.
But when it is "forced" it doesn't work
