Where should I go in the United Kingdom to experience the indigenous culture? Does it still exist? Welsh, Cornish, Scots etc. would I have to visit smaller cities to interact with English people? I like to slow travel just wander around to parks or museums or libraries and chat with the locals. Is that even possible , I have about 8 weeks off between obligations and want to get a feel for what the UK is like before it's too late
