Eyelashes are easy, they are just an and eye mesh appearance, duplicate eye entry and hide chunks.
Eyes, TL;DR just do what you did with borg's skin.

If you got it from a mod then it's missing something and it's just extra work. That skirt is vanilla so it's literally copy/paste, that saves a lot of time.

P.S. I would add a jacket to fit with the corset.
