I don't know about that, they seemed more worried in turning Nod-krai into a review class over Genshin's lore and a central location(they mentioned Gotham, Crossbell and Drangleic as examples). Though I wouldn't doubt them adding a skip button and little summaries like HSR and ZZZ did.
