Yes, they're retarded. Their thought process essentially goes like this: "Oi, let's ban those anti-guvment and anti-migration lads that be posting on youtube and xitter by forcing them to register using IDs so it will be easier to track and keep them permabanned. that oughta do it!" They could've stopped at here and it would have been a slightly more competent plan, but instead they went ahead and decided that they're going to ban games and a literal music app which is popular called Spotify as well. They're just trying to provoke normies at this point, and it will not end well for them.
