Speaking of cels here's something I find fascinating
Cels made from like the 20s through the early 40s were made from nitrate
Nitrate is very temperamental and combustible if not handled properly, there's been way too many fires caused by nitrate film for example
Was this a cost thing or did the plastic used post 40s not exist yet? Has anyone been killed by a flaming Bosko cel yet?
