What about a character like, say, Igarashi from My Senpai is Annoying? She looks like a kid, but she’s very unambiguously an adult. She’s got the body type sure, but you don’t really see people referring to her as a loli.
To me, Lysithea/Bernadetta/Annette are just short. Deluges is probably a kid though
