That's false. Mavuika's jump cancel gimmick meals she's the fastest character around and covers more distance than even Varesa. Kinich is great for altitude, but he also has a gimmick of his own(dashing, then jumping before E / going up if hitting a wall so he can auto climb a bit). He also works well when used alongside Chiori. Sounds to me like you don't have them to be talking shit.
