normally when I got sad (either from dysphoria or not) I'd come here and if I felt really shitty I'd turn on nirvana or deftones or some other faggot shit and get drunk/high and I'd feel better in the morning
but something happened and now it doesn't help anymore and idk what changed
I dont wanna have to find new ways to cope
