Probably going to be over 5k calories on my birthday given I'll be eating at least 4 free doughnuts/sweet treats, absoulte insanity. Going to have to start early, think I'll go Lidl on opening at 8am and get that one in early before going to catch the train. I'll get at least 3 of the birthday treats in York station alone (Costa, Starbucks and BK free whopper). Theres a bus from the station to York Designer Outlet where I'll be able to pick up the Krispy Kreme
