Honestly I always imagined AN94 being pretty tall too. The average Russian female is around 165 cm tall, and if AK15 is about half a head taller that'd put her around 175ish cm (apologies for sloppy estimate). Could just chalk it up as a case of Asian devs underestimating what would be a tall height for a female, sort of like how Quetzalcoatl from Fate is supposed to be this musclebound, Amazonian goddess and she's listed as being 181 cm and 64 kg.
