Hard to tell. I regularly wake up sweating my balls off and take off the comforter, just to wake up later kinda cold and pull the comforter back over me, and this repeats throughout the night. My air conditioning doesn't work too well so it's like high 60s to low 70s over the summer, but in the winter I sleep in whatever temperature my apartment drops to, the lowest which I've seen being 53° (I took a picture of it) lmao that was mad cozy. I'm thinking about getting a weighted blanket this winter (yes, I am autistic).

Kinda dry, but my poor sleep quality has persisted across three continents so I don't think humidity is the problem.
