I found it interesting that David Icke said that not all of them are evil/hostile to humanity. Some reptiloids seemingly even try to help humanity to avoid enslavement.
Another information that occours often is that they come from a realm below Earth, a kind of underworld.
And they seem related to legends about dragons. And the dragons appear as a symbol of rule and royalty in many cultures (the chinese emperors as "sons of the dragons", the dragon with the crown used by the italian Visconti family, and now part of the Alfa Romeo Logo).
In a demonic interpretation the devil as the "great dragon" in the bible, and the "Asuras", enemies of the gods in hinduism, sometimes also described as dragons (and the Asura-realm is also located below Earth).
