The funny thing is that, towards the end of the heatwave weeks, I begin to become acclimated and accustomed to the heat and it no longer bothers me.
Then all of a sudden it goes away like flicking a switch, at the end of August. And I have to get used to the heat all over again the following year.

No AC.

It's absolutely insane. Any other country would have revolted over what's been happening here in the last decade. I guess the mămăligă is not quite done yet.
