My assumption is that something went terribly wrong with production, hence df5 or df6, maybe both are getting substantially delayed.
Actas is probably trying to keep their mouth shut instead of publicly admitting the current situation to reduce damages. If they acknowledge the bad situation, someone will have to take the blame, and maybe quit their job.
If true this might get said in an interview or staff comment for the bluray when it's safe to say.

I would watch something else instead of forced attempts. ATM they'll use her broke family to force out tears as a final attempt of justifying the poor center plot. There are many more things that qualify as 'sol' instead of forced poorfag drama and pity.
